Mine's like this: 1) Soak the panel with ONR using a garden sprayer, 2) Wipe the panel with mf soaked in ONR garry dean method, 3) Dry completely 3) Spray and wipe Opti-Seal per panel. I feel that Opti-Seal will bond better on a dry surface. I only do this method once every 3 months though.
