Upon close examination with a watchmaker's loupe, it looks like there is a relief cast in the slide for the extractor, and the breech face is machined flat. The line you see appears to be just the edge of the cast-in relief where it meets the flat of the breech face, and not a crack.

Anyone have Glock dimensions? N00b questions

WebJul 8, 2006 · If the gun is malfunctioning because of the breech face wear, then it needs to be fixed.
